Greek Freak

Greek Freak

The NBA playoffs have started, and man, oh man, has the NBA got boring. With refs missing obvious calls to players crying about not getting calls or getting fouls called on them, the NBA has truly been rough to watch lately. To counter how boring the league is now, I created a bracket this year for the playoffs to make the playoffs a little more interesting, so I have something to watch for.

My prediction to win the twenty-twenty-three Larry O'Brien trophy is the Milwaukee Bucks. I think they will win the championship against the Golden State Warriors. The reasoning behind this is that the Warriors are very scary when they get hot and are defending champs from last year. Having a generational talent on your team, such as Steph Curry, is dangerous. But the Bucks also have a generational talent named Giannis Antetokounmpo, or The Greek Freak. A player who is six eleven and can dribble like a guard is extremely dangerous. Giannis can guard all positions. He is capable of whether that is the point guard or the center. Plus, his offensive skill set is tough to defend because he can get to the rim, and once he gets to his spots, he is unstoppable, whether finishing at the rim or attacking the defense and kicking out to open shooters.

I encourage you all to watch the Bucks and look for Giannis. He is not very hard to miss. Do you all watch the NBA? If so, who is your favorite team? Or who do you want to win the playoffs? Leave a comment down below.
